Stating the obvious here, but eggs boiled as and when you need them are so much better. I've been boiling mine the night before to save time but not today. I reckon it's worth getting out of bed 10 minutes earlier! (Gasp, did I just say that??)
Lunch:

Felt very naughty having a burger 2 days in a row, but it's "Mish Approved", so it's all good!
Dinner:
| Proscuitto and Ricotta pizza with tomato and rocket |
Loved this so much I think I might make it for lunch tomorrow, but with ham since the proscuitto is goners.
I love that Thai chicken burger. It's become a staple in my food rotation pre this round. Haven't made it yet this round. Back to regular menu following next week. :)

The Thai chicken burgers are definitely a hit!! In fact I have a red flag day coming up tomorrow. I've got friends coming around for a BBQ lunch and we're serving these (minus the chilli for the kids). And no one will even know that they are "diet" burgers LOL. Cya. x
