Thought I'd have some fun with my breakfast this morning. Meet my egg eyed alien with avocado ears!!
I accidently used more avo than the recipe called for - I'll have to work that into my 300 calorie snack allowance!
Lunch:

Added some coriander to this for some extra colour and flavour!
Dinner:

Hmmm, not convinced about this one. The tofu pushed me way outside my comfort zone! Seems I have issues with lentils and tofu type food. :) I'm glad I made it though, sticking to my commitment to try everything!! This just wasn't my cup of tea.
