Day 32

Breakfast: 
Berry Smoothie

Quite possibly "the" best way to start the day! Unfortunately I ran out of milk so had to use water, but added a dollop or 3 of Forme French Vanilla Yoghurt at the end and stirred through. Delish!














Lunch:
Leftovers: Mexican Style Shepherd's Pie
This idea of "leftovers" tickles me pink! Trust me, there are NEVER any leftovers these days. I eat my portion size for the night, every last scrap. This is last night's "leftovers" but only because we had to cook a double batch (for the benefit of those not on the program).

Served  mine today with a handful of rocket and 2 cherry tomatoes. Noice!






Dinner:
The next 3 meals are red flag events for me. I'm travelling interstate for work so will have to make do with hotel food :( I hate veering off the plan but life happens. I'll be back with the Mushroom and Basil Risotto tomorrow night. Wish me luck as I face life "on the outside" with training wheels on! :) This will be a real test. Update: All good plans etc etc... I had every intention of doing the risotto on Friday night but due to Qantas strikes I only got home at midnight! So... no risotto. I was really looking forward to it too.
