Day 28

Today is a red flag day for me... I have friends coming around for a mid afternoon / early evening BBQ so I've had to do some plannnig around how I'm going to manage this. The Linguini Marinara and Roast Chicken which are on the menu today are sadly not going to happen. I made the Linguini last night and I'll make the Roast Chicken next Saturday night as I already have the chook in the freezer! So for today, I'll be serving BBQ'd Thai chicken burgers (with buns for those not on diet), the salsa "salad", and another large green salad. Not sure if the salsa and Thai flavours "go" but that's ok, they're still super yummy. Dessert will be an array of cut fruit (with icecream for those who want). Oh and for the record, soda water for me. This is the longest I've lasted without alcohol. I did Febfast in February this year but caved a day short, 27 days days in :)
