Day 29

First day of Week 5... where has the time gone??


Breakfast:
Breakfast Frittata with Avocado Toast
This is definitely a recipe that is best made for 4 people so you get a thicker frittata base. I adapted it to make it for just myself which explains the pile of 4 thin frittata quarters on my plate! Also a tad finnicky for a weekday breakfast. I'd prefer to stick to smoothies and muesli etc for week days and the cooked brekkies for the weekend. Definitely worth the effort though, it was so good.








Lunch: 
Chicken and guacamole wrap

This really hit the spot today, especially after Mish's "Mutant Ninja" Shredder circuit. Tobasco adds a nice kick to this.











Dinner:
Beef and Broccolin Stir fry


That's what I'm talking 'BOUT!! Looking forward to having leftovers for lunch tomorrow but will make sure I have it with rice.










Dessert:
No Papaya with Lime and Coconut Cream tonight as I couldn't find papaya! All the 12wbt'ers in my area must have shopped just before I got there! Should have just bought a mango? Oh well, I'll make it for dessert on Saturday night as part of my treat meal. Something to look forward to!
