Day 20

And so dawns another red flag day... AFL Grand Final! Lucky we're just staying home to watch the game so there won't be any temptations or pressure to indulge! In previous years, we'd already have the champers and beer on ice by now, the cheeses coming to room temperature, party pies in the oven etc etc. Everything is so different this year! Not sure who will win the GF but I sure as hell know I'm the one kicking goals today!

Breakfast:
Choc Raspberries on Ricotta Toast
This almost looked too pretty to eat... almost! Devoured in a flash, so good!













Lunch:
Warm "Leftover Tuna Lasagne" Salad

For today's lunch, I took the last portion of the Tuna and Veggie Lasagne, warmed it ever so slightly and chopped it up, mixed through some rocket, some olives and a pinch of parmesan, and voila, a fresh, light, tasty, yummy lunch.












Dinner: 
Boiled egg and avo on toast

Tonight's treat meal is very plain and simple, just using up leftovers. Good thing they're my favourite foods too. This meal was about 300 cals, not the full 600 that is allocated for a treat meal. Deliberate ruse so I could have dessert!









Dessert:
Berry Smoothie

Any excuse to fit this back in the menu plan. I think I'm addicted to these. This smoothie has leftover strawberries and a handful of frozen raspberries for an extra little kick and extra colour. No muesli, only because I forgot!
