So I have kind of been taking the foot off the pedal with respect to diligence in posting daily pics. Not sure if this is going to come across as an excuse? but it's been so damn hot in Brisbane recently and I've seriously been lacking in energy to get myself organised. I've been following the plan (ish) - mainly having smoothies, muesli, salads and light meals that aren't such a mission to cook on a hot night. For example, last night Shepherd's Pie....there is no way on God's green planet that that was going to happen yesterday. No way.
So I guess it's safe to say I've posted my last pic for the official part of this Round. But I will be back for Round 1, 2012.

ReplyDeleteHi Jane, thanks for your comment!! The food is delicious, I have loved it. So much variety and flavour. there's a lot of emphasis on fresh herbs and spices/ condiments. There were some challenging things such as kangaroo (only once though), but I just replaced that with rump steak. But wherever else possible I tried to stick to the meal plan 100%. You'll love it!! Good luck with your 12wbt, I look forward to following your progress on the forums! Sharon :)
