Day 26

Breakfast: 
Boiled egg, baked beans and avocado toast

Stating the obvious here, but eggs boiled as and when you need them are so much better. I've been boiling mine the night before to save time but not today. I reckon it's worth getting out of bed 10 minutes earlier! (Gasp, did I just say that??)








Lunch: 
Thai Chicken Burger
 
Felt very naughty having a burger 2 days in a row, but it's "Mish Approved", so it's all good!
















Dinner:
Proscuitto and Ricotta pizza with tomato and rocket


Loved this so much I think I might make it for lunch tomorrow, but with ham since the proscuitto is goners.

  1. I love that Thai chicken burger. It's become a staple in my food rotation pre this round. Haven't made it yet this round. Back to regular menu following next week. :)

  2. The Thai chicken burgers are definitely a hit!! In fact I have a red flag day coming up tomorrow. I've got friends coming around for a BBQ lunch and we're serving these (minus the chilli for the kids). And no one will even know that they are "diet" burgers LOL. Cya. x
