Day 34

Breakfast:
"Frittata" on Avocado Toast

Once again I was too lazy to do the frittata so I just assembled all the ingredients in a loose scramble and served it on the avo toast.









Lunch:
Salmon and Dill Wrap

Used the last of the wraps and the leftover red tinned salmon in the fridge in this very tasty wrap. Stuffed with grated carrot, cos lettuce, rocket, fresh dill and spread with 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard.








Dinner:
Roast Chicken with Asian Vegetables
Oh. my. actual. god!! This was amazing!! Talk about a delicious, foolproof, fall-off-the bone recipe. We always have traditional style roast chicken and gravy with potatoes but the lime in the chicken and the sesame oil in the veggies were great! Made this as my treat meal tonight because i missed the opportunity to make it last Sunday ... I had a slightly larger portion than usual and feeling rather content. Treat meals are soooo good for the soul! So glad I made this tonight. (Note that I was a good girl and removed the skin!).
