If I have to be honest, I was hoping for a bigger loss this week but hand on my heart, I know I've done everything right so I just have to trust that my body is responding accordingly. I would be pissed off if I'd had a week where I was undisciplined with food and training and still lost 0.500g because I would be saying: imagine what it could have been if I had stuck to the program. But I have no "what if" questions in my head. It is what it is.
I've taken progress shots every Sunday and the difference especially around my waist (ie tyre) is quite noticeable. I do my measurements this week and can't wait to see what the difference is! Watch this space! Good luck to everyone for the upcoming week.

Yes, you are seeing correctly. This is white bread! This is what happens when you send the hubby shopping :) It's a gluten free loaf, not sure if that makes it better? Will have to look into that. Anyway, this was good, as always.

Sincere apologies to all the lovely dietitians at 12wbt who create the recipes and menu plans but I really couldn't face that leftover Tofu stirfry for lunch today. I'd rather eat tuna and beans for a month of Sundays. :)

If I told you I did a happy dance when I read this was on the menu for tonight, would you believe me? Well, I did!! This has to be my favourite meal so far, definitely a winner especially after a cardio session.
