For all the changes I've made in 9 weeks I'm still a creature of habit. Sundays are for cooked breakfasts, this is a weekday breakfast, in my opinion. Nevertheless, it was delicious. Topped with grated apple and cinnamon today, not berries.
Lunch:

I seriously don't like ricotta on a sandwich so I used some black olive tapenade instead... YUM!
Dinner:

Had a long day out and about today and came home a bit too late to prepare what was required for the Chicken Involtini tonight... especially considering the chicken was frozen. Disappointing because it's one of my favourite meals.
Hi Plonleydonkey...I have LOVED your blog and just wish I had the same commitment as you. I have been hopeless on this challenge...full of good intentions but only been following properly this last 2 weeks. I have printed off the menu plans etc and plan to follow it on my own right into the next challenge in Feb. Just wondering if your blog will stay up once the challenge is over....can't tell you how helpful/wonderful it is to see your photos!

Hi Cato, thanks for your lovely comments. I'm so glad you've enjoyed the pics! Yes I'll be keeping the blog going but not posting too many pics over Christmas as we have a houseful of visitors. I'll be back on the plan from January and posting pics again... I'll be doing the meals I've missed and obviously all my favourites!! Good luck for the remaining 3 weeks.
