| Gluten Free Muesli and Strawberries |
I love puffed corn, I could eat it by the handful (don't worry, I don't!). It's vaguely reminiscent of the puffed cereals I ate as a child - minus the sugar of course!! Really enjoyed this today, definitely one I'll go back to. (This also has puffed rice, although you can't really see it).

| Turkey and Avocado Rice Cakes |
Gobble, gobble, gobble...! These turkey and avo rice cakes were to die for. I literally inhaled them! And 1/4 of an avo felt so luxurious, one of my favourite foods on the planet. Big tick from me!
Dinner:

Very disappointed that this isn't on the menu for dinner every night for the remainder of the 10 weeks. Love love loved it.


Thanks SO much for taking photos of your meals and posting them. I am one of those chef's who need to see what I am making before I make it, so I can check I am "doing it right" haha! I also love seeing the meals and thinking, ohhh I shouldn't have skipped that one, and going back and cooking it!

Hi Leah, thanks so much for dropping by and posting a comment! I'm really pleased you enjoyed the photos. I'm a very visual person too and looking back on all this healthy, fresh colourful food at the end of the week makes me feel so good about what I'm doing.
