So today is the big day - KICK OFF. I'm so excited about what the next 12 weeks holds.

Oh my goodness, this was divine. What a great way to start the day!! I could have gone 2! I've committed to trying each recipe at least once but once I've gone through them all, this will be a favourite I'll be returning to return to, for sure!
Lunch:

Who would have thought the humble egg sandwich would be so delicious. The curry and the rocket gives it a lovely flavour.
Dinner

So easy, so tasty!!
Dessert

This was sensational! Weird combinations but they work!!
Exercise:
343 calories burnt. I fell short of the 500 target, maybe because I did the Fitness Test yesterday... I'll have to try harder tomorrow. All in all though, a fantastic first day.
